## How we work

1. **Model.** We build a working model of your supply chain or operation from the data you already have: suppliers, routes, stock, contracts and costs. Where documents are the bottleneck, [MaiMai](/products/maimai) turns invoices, packing lists and supplier files into structured data.
2. **Simulate.** We turn that model into a [digital twin](/digital-twins) and run it against the disruptions that matter to you: weather, demand swings, supplier failures, price and currency moves.
3. **Decide.** We use [optimization under uncertainty](/decision-support) to find options that hold across many futures, then present them so the people accountable can decide, with the reasoning visible.
